Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We have a 15-day return/exchange policy from date of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping cost to return the item or items. Products returned must be new, unused, un-drilled, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material or they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition, they will not be accepted for exchange/return.  The original invoice you printed at the time of purchase OR the email we sent to you confirming the purchase that shows the order number must be returned with the merchandise


Your full refund minus shipping costs will be processed promptly once returned product is received by JB Bowling Supply in new, unused, un-drilled condition, and in the original packaging as described above. You can expect to receive your refund typically within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.  We will process your exchange within 2 business days of receipt of the product.


Books may not be returned or exchanged.

If you have received an item that is damaged, and you feel that it needs to be returned or exchanged, please follow these simple steps:

  • Email us at with a description of the damage and photos of the ball (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
  • If you are not able to send images of the damage, please call us at (702) 567-0749. If after business hours, please leave us a voicemail message.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if product is defective or damaged.
